Our patient came to our clinic with a complaint of severe pain and inability to open his mouth in the area of the wisdom tooth at the age of 20. After a radiological and clinical examination, it was determined that the impacted wisdom tooth was infected. Initially, our patient\u2019s acute pain was relieved with antibiotic treatment, followed by the surgical removal of the impacted wisdom tooth by our maxillofacial surgeon. Expressing significant fear of wisdom tooth extraction before the treatment, our patient reported that the post-operative experience was not as frightening as anticipated. We bid farewell to our young patient in good health from our clinic.<\/p>\n

Our patient, who presented to our clinic with complaints of missing teeth, underwent a thorough radiological and clinical examination to determine the most suitable treatment plan. Detailed information about the treatment process was provided to the patient. After completing oral preparations such as tooth extraction, root canal treatment, etc., the existing teeth were crowned, and precision-fitted prostheses were delivered to the patient. Our patient visited our clinic with complaints of loose teeth, chewing difficulties, and concerns about oral aesthetics. After a clinical and radiological examination, it was determined that the patient had lost bone support for all existing teeth. During the first session of the treatment plan, all teeth were extracted, and 12 implants were placed, followed by the attachment of temporary teeth. After 2 months, measurements were taken for permanent teeth, and we provided our patient with both chewing and smiling functionality with upper and lower All-On-Six fixed prostheses.<\/p>\n

Our patient visited our clinic with complaints of toothache. Initially, the patient\u2019s complaint was addressed with fillings for existing cavities. The patient also expressed dissatisfaction with the misalignment of their teeth, stating that they had been told that this issue could not be addressed in adulthood, leaving them without a solution. Subsequently, our patient underwent radiological and digital planning, and before proceeding with the procedure, the corrected alignment of their teeth was shown to them as a simulation on the computer. We initiated clear aligner treatment for our patient. With clear aligner treatment, which can also be applied in adulthood and provides significant comfort in orthodontics, we continue to provide our patient with a happy treatment journey.<\/p>\n

Our patient came to our clinic with complaints of chewing difficulties, mismatched old dental crowns, and aesthetic concerns due to tooth loss. After assessing the patient\u2019s complaints, we developed a treatment plan and provided detailed information about the process. In this plan, we decided to remove the patient\u2019s old prostheses and replace them with zirconium crowns, as well as complete the missing teeth with implants. After the treatment process, we bid farewell to our patient with a bright smile, leaving our clinic happily.<\/p>\n
